You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must be attached

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

• Final Sale items

• Underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear

• Customized or personalized items

• Gift cards

🚚 Return Shipping

• If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item): we’ll cover return shipping.

• For size changes or personal reasons: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color if available. Please contact us within 15 days to start the exchange process.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
